Dense bushy shrub 2-3m high and wide. Similar appearance to Banksia media. Young growth a bright bronze-green or golden-brown colour, due to soft rusty hairs on surface of leaves. Flowers yellow to yellowish-green in colour from late Spring to early Autumn. Shrub requires a well-drained soil, open, sunny site. Little maintenance once established.
