Common name: Fountain butterfly bush is a vigorous deciduous shrub reaching 5 m (16 ft) tall with long, slender, pendulous stems. Bright fragrant lilac-purple flowers that occur in early summer are so densely crowded in clusters along the branch as to often obscure it.
Buddleja alternifolia is very hardy and prefers a sunny position and loamy soil.
No live plants can be sent to W.A, N.T, Tasmania or overseas.
