Its winter to spring bloom showcases a prolific display of tubular flowers, with the red variety featuring swollen bases and flared petals.

This shrub thrives in dry, hot areas of the garden and is a valuable addition to any shrubbery.

To ensure optimal blooming, plant in full sun and prune after flowering to maintain its compact form.

Best suited for well-drained, sunny soils, it can also tolerate heavier or sandy soils as well as frost and prolonged dry periods. Its potential height reaches 1-2m and its width spans 1-1.5m.
