Oz Tukka Lemon Myrtle has a unique lemon flavour with a whisper of Eucalyptus notes in the background. A most versatile spice. It is equally superb with pork, fish, chicken and vegetable dishes as it is with sweet biscuits and desserts. Add it to dressings and sauces, ice cream or cheesecakes. Add towards the end of cooking or dry marinate white meats before lightly grilling. In uncooked dishes allow to infuse overnight.
