Lonicera nitida Tubestock forms a beautiful, dense green box-like hedge with its compact foliage; regular clipping is needed to maintain its shape and size.

Though not showy, its blooms are creamy-white and appear in late spring. A perfect choice for a low-maintenance formal garden or an English cottage garden.

This evergreen shrub prefers full sun to part shade and is both wind and salt tolerant. In rich composted soil, sandy well drained soil.

Reaching heights of two metres, and one metre wide, it'll make a great medium-sized hedge or topiary, grows well in pots.
