<p>Wimmera Native Nursery and The Native Shop acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work. We pay our respects to their culture and to Elders past, present and emerging.</p>

<h3 style="color: #264d23; margin-top: 28px;">Shipping Restrictions</h3>

<p>Government regulations prohibit plants from the Myrtaceae family being sent into South Australia.</p>

<p>We cannot send live plants to Western Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory or overseas.</p>

<h3 style="color: #264d23; margin-top: 28px;">Dispatch Days</h3>

<p>Orders are sent every Tuesday and Friday via Australia Post. This helps ensure that live plants have sufficient time to reach their destination before the weekend, so customers receive healthy, happy plants.</p>

<p>If there is a national public holiday, shipments for that week may be delayed until the following postage day to ensure your plants have enough time to arrive safely.</p>

<h3 style="color: #264d23; margin-top: 28px;">Tracking Your Order</h3>

<p>Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from The Native Shop with your tracking number.</p>

<p>Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes and may have multiple tracking numbers. Our website system only allows one tracking number to be entered, so please also keep an eye out for Australia Post notifications, as these may display any additional tracking numbers.</p>

<p>If your order is shipped in multiple boxes, please note that parcels may arrive separately. Once your order has left The Native Shop / Wimmera Native Nursery, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by Australia Post.</p>

<h3 style="color: #264d23; margin-top: 28px;">Australia Post Delays</h3>

<p>Unfortunately, once parcels have been handed over to Australia Post, they are managed through Australia Post’s own systems, processes and delivery network.</p>

<p>We do not have access to any additional tracking information beyond what is provided through Australia Post tracking. If you have questions about where your parcel is, or if there are delivery delays after dispatch, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.</p>

<h3 style="color: #264d23; margin-top: 28px;">Shipping Costs</h3>

<p>Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your order. Costs are calculated at checkout by combining the weights of the products you have selected.</p>

<p>Our postage costs include both postage and the materials required to package plants safely, which is why you may see the term “Postage and Handling” at checkout.</p>

<p>Our online portal does not calculate orders exceeding 12kg. For orders over 12kg, please contact the nursery on <a href="tel:+61451184946">0451 184 946</a> or email <a href="mailto:wnn@bigpond.net.au">wnn@bigpond.net.au</a> to place your order and receive an accurate shipping price.</p>

<p>Insurance is generally used for large orders and is processed through the nursery rather than the online store.</p>
