The Scarlet Gold-tipped Kunzea, scientifically known as KUNZEA baxteri, is a stunning shrub that can reach heights and widths of up to 3m (10′).
Featuring narrow leaves and dense bottlebrush-type flowers with a halo of gold-tipped stamens, this plant adds a pop of color to any garden.
It is hardy, easy to grow from seed, and attracts nectar feeding birds. It thrives in light to medium dry, rocky soils but can adapt to various well-drained soils.
Originating from the coastal areas of Western Australia, it can also be cultivated in other areas if given the right conditions.
